I hope you all have had a great week! I had a slow one due to state testing :-/. On the bright side, I made a new friend! We have the sweetest kitty living on our patio. Unfortunately we aren't allowed to have pets, otherwise it would be mine <3 ...buuuuttt they didn't say anything about patio pets haha! In all reality, we haven't found the owner (if it has one) so we've been feeding it, loving on it and built a little shelter for the time being. It follows me around everywhere and is just SO lovable! I've never seen such a friendly cat! I'm really hoping we can find it a good home because it definitely deserves one...even if it's not with us. :'-(
Anyhoo, the weather has been pretty crazy (and chilly) this past week. Think hail and beautiful lightning storms, which is so wonderful for this California dought. Next week it is supposed to jump up to the 90s, which I'm so not ready for BUT that does mean that it's time for sundresses! Yay!
I don't know about you but I've been obsessed with off the shoulder everything! And if it has ruffles? Bonus! So I got this dress last year and it's actually the wrong size. Instead of XS, they sent XL and it wouldn't have been worth it to return. Fortunately, it worked out to my advantage as I really love the length and belts work wonders so no major fit issues :-) I'm so obsessed with the color and the skirt is super twirly! I paired it with my favorite sandals that are SO comfy and seriously look amazing with anything. I topped it with this incredible lightweight hat (that I have been wearing non stop) from Brooklyn Hat Co and the cutest fringe boho bag (which is also styled here for a festival ready look). This is definitely something I'd wear on vacation....which starts in approximately 4 weeks. :-D

My heart literally stopped when I saw this Coachella inspired outfit. Beautiful lace dresses are definitely the way to my heart <3 I love how she styled it with black ankle boots, silver jewels and braids for an on trend and gorgeous look!
