Today, I am sharing a review of Zaful. This is my actually first experience with the brand so I'm excited to share with you! 

I know that many of you have already heard of Zaful but if you haven't, it's an online store full of trendy clothing at incredible prices. As I scoured the website, I found a ton of cute items but was unsure of the sizing and quality of items. I decided on these three items because I thought they would look great together and because I wanted to have separate pieces to mix and match. Keep in mind that this is my first experience ever with Zaful, so this is my review of that experience. I have heard mixed reviews so I wanted to try it myself.

Shipping:

I have shopped with Asian retailers before so I know what to expect as far as shipping time goes. Since items are coming from across the world, be sure to keep in mind that they may not arrive as quickly as a shop that is located in the US. It took about two weeks for the items to arrive which is normal for this type of retailer, therefore, keep this in mind next time if you are ordering for a special occasion. 

First Impression and Quality:

The items were packaged well and I was very surprised by how great the quality was for the price! I would say the quality was on par with stores like Forever 21, HM and Shein. This was the thing I was most worried about so I am glad to see that the items I ordered were of decent quality. Keep in mind, that these types of clothing are great for experimenting with new trends and not to be used as "investment pieces."

Sizing:

I typically order a size up in Asian retailers and this one was no different. I am normally an X-Small on top (size 0/2) and a Small on bottom (size 4). The sweater comes in "one-size" and fits like a regular size small/medium. It's a big large on me, but it looks great! Last weekend, I wore it with a pair of jeans and it looked amazing. I ordered a size up for the skirt. It was just a tad too big in my waist, but it fit my hips perfectly. I ordered a size up in the coat as well and it was roomy, but fit well. If you are ordering for the first time, I highly recommend looking at the size chart of each item or going up a size. 

Pricing:

The prices were great for these items! I tried to stay under $100 and ended up coming in at just above $83 for the sweater, coat and skirt. The coat was under $40 and the sweater and skirt were both under $30. 

Sweater:

I was very impressed by the quality of this sweater! It is thick, well-made and the color is a gorgeous rosy-blush. It will be perfect for winter! It is looser fit with ruffled sleeves. The only bad thing is that it is "one-size" so it may fit different based on your size. It also comes in six different colors! Also, this item did have an odor when I opened the package (when seems typically of Asian retailers) but after leaving it to "air out" for a day a two, the odor was completely gone.

Skirt:

My husband actually picked this out for me lol! It's definitely more edgy than I typically dress, but it's still really cute, on-trend and will style nicely with a variety of tops. The embroidery was well done (no loose threads that I saw) and it has stud detailing down the front. The zipper is both decorative and functional. The fabric is medium weight and it is lined. This item had a slight odor as well, but I think that it is because of the fabric it is made out of. It was disappeared though.

Coat:

The color is stunning! It's actually quite a bit brighter in person, but very wearable. It's lightweight so it would be perfect for fall layering (or even spring!). It is actually completely open so there are no button closures. There are two pockets in the front and it is fully lined inside. No odor for this one :-)

Overall:

Overall, I had a great first experience! Honestly, I had no idea what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. I was afraid that the items would not fit and that the quality would not be the greatest considering the price, but I was wrong in this case. Zaful seems like an amazing place to get trendy items without breaking the bank. ;-) Right now they are offering 10% off your purchase when you use ZFNancy at checkout.
