It's been raining a TON in California and everything is looking soooo green! I love this time of the year because the other-wise dry town that I live in has a gorgeous view of mountains, green hills and blooming wildflowers. Today I'm talking about one of my favorite clothing lines ever... LC Lauren Conrad! If you've been reading my blog for a while, then you know that I LOVE all things Lauren Conrad. How to Grow Your Instagram - Part One

As promised, I am starting an Instagram series today yay! I have touched on this topic before but with the excess of questions I've gotten lately, I thought I'd share again :-) For the next few Wednesdays, I will talking about all things Instagram including tips and tricks and how to effectively grow your following along with how I personally edit my photos and what I do for my Instagram on a daily basis. If you have anything else you have questions about or would like me to add, let me know in the comments section!

So what qualifies me to give you advice on Instagram? Well, in the last 8 months, I have grown my following by 600% and it has been consistently increasing each month. I have learned a few things through extensive research over the years and through my own trial and error. I know that growing an Instagram account is something a lot of people struggle with (I was one of them too) and it may seem hopeless with the Instagram algorithm ever-changing, but it's definitely possible and it will open up so many more opportunities for your business and blog, which is why it is SO important.

It's the start of another week anddd the last day of a three day weekend! Yay! Except I'm still teaching guitar today haha! #workaholic ....BUT I am planning to spend the rest of the day with my husband. My laptop is about to die so we are going to look at computers and hopefully throw in a hike if the weather cooperates ;-) Speaking of weather...it has been raining in California like CRAZY and I kind of love it. I hope you had an amazing weekend! I actually attended my first blogger meet up for Style Collective and met so many amazing ladies. It was so neat to meet bloggers that I've been communicating with on Instagram in real life. It took about three hours both ways due to traffic and rain, but it was worth it and I'm looking forward to the next one :-) Anyway, I'm celebrating Valentine's Day a day early with this cute pink and red ensemble. Today is not only the best day of the week, but it also happens to be the best day of the year...(well, almost haha!). It's my two year blogiversary!! Holy smokes, the time has flown by! I still remember my days before the blog, always wondering if it would ever come to fruitation. I remember reading other blogs (blogs that are HUGE now) and wishing that one day I could be that brave...that one day, I could stop caring what others thought and take the risk to go after my dreams (I talk about this in my very first post). I envied those bloggers because they were courageous and put themselves out there for the world to see in the name of fashion. My dreams have become a reality because I took that leap of faith and I'm here to share a bit about my journey thus far and some important lessons that I've learned over the past two years.

Valentine's Day is right around the corner and I thought I'd share all of my "Valentine's Inspired" looks in one place! It's no secret that I loooove pink and probably wear it way too much (oops!) so of course, there are tons of pink outfits in this post with touches of purple. Apparently, I don't have any red...like at all. I made this discovery while rummaging through my closet this past week to find a red outfit for an upcoming event. I found a pair of red shoes, a purse and a coat.
