A recent rise in temperatures has led to my annual Spring closet clean out. I don't know if it's the blooming flowers, sunny skies or the upcoming Spring Break, but springtime puts a little more pep in my step and brighter smile on my face. It feels like a new beginning and with new beginnings, we must rid ourselves of the past (ie. declutter). Cleaning out my closet not only frees up space for things that I actually wear making it easier to get dressed each morning, but it also gets rid of unneeded stress. You know what they say, "Declutter your closet, declutter your life." ;-)
In this post, I will break the down the two steps needed for a successful closet clean out. This is part of my style series, so if you haven't checked out "Defining Your Personal Style"
Part One: The Quiz and
Part Two: The Results, I recommend reading those before you start the process of a closet cleanout. With your personal style more defined, you will be able to declutter your closet much more easily and efficiently.
Yay!
