Nude Monochrome

This post is sponsored by Stormie Dreams. As always, all opinions are my own.

Happy Wednesday, darlings!

I hope you had an amazing week! I missed you all soooo much and I'm so glad to be home. I have a lot to talk about today regarding my trip and this pretty little dress ;-) I hope you all enjoyed my fabulous guest bloggers and found some fresh new faces to follow along with. <3

First things first...if you follow my Instagram account, then you've already seen the announcement (I was too excited to wait!). I'm officially an aunt! I was SO hoping my sister would have the baby when I returned from my trip so I could be there, but she literally had it the day we flew home. So sad! But also super exciting - yay! :-D

I experienced a lot of new things on this trip. I have never been to the South...or to the East Coast, for that matter. Little things like exploring new places, eating new foods, and touching the Atlantic Ocean for the first time were a real treat for me (it's so much warmer than the Pacific!).  There were so many things that surprised me and that were very different from the West Coast. Southern cooking and sweet tea just might be my new favorite things. I have never had such amazing food in my life! I also loved all the beautiful trees and greenery but especially LOVED Charleston, which shouldn't be too surprising lol (I found my pink dream house *heart eyes*)! I definitely did not spend nearly enough time there, but I plan to go back in the future.

Now onto this gorgeous dress: I recently discovered a new shop called Stormie Dreams. They have so many cool and edgy pieces! What I love most is that they are a sustainable fashion brand and all pieces are cut to order to reduce waste. Of course, I chose the Iggy Crochet Dress in cream/nude (also available in white and black). It's an adorable loose fit shift dress that can be styled a hundred different ways. I was very pleased with the customer service offered and loved that it was cut to order so the length would be perfect! I got my normal XS and it fits great (so comfy too)! The quality is superb and the dress was immaculately made. I can see myself getting a ton of wear out of this!

When I originally styled it, I added a pop of color and it looked fab! I, then, decided to opt for a classy all neutral look instead because sometimes us fashion girls change our minds haha :-) I added a light blush sandal and quilted handbag (my fave!) to mimic the nude lining. Jewelry was kept simple with a crystal pendant necklace and matching cuff. Simple yet chic!

What do you think? Are you a fan of monochrome outfits?
How would you style this dress?
