Irresistible Me Hair Extensions Review

*Disclosure: I was not compensated for this post, however I did receive a sample for my review. All opinions are my own and are not influenced in any way.*

Happy Thursday friends!

Today I am reviewing hair extensions from Irresistible Me . As someone who has very fine hair, it can be somewhat difficult to manage. It hardly ever holds a curl and goes limp right after styling. On the plus side, since it's so straight and thin, I don't have to blow dry it for more than 5 minutes and it is always fairly soft. Enter the extensions.

I have never had extensions before. I have never even touched an extension before so I really had no idea what to expect. In fact, I you-tubed a few videos on how to put them in because I was clueless. When I got the opportunity to try these out, I jumped at the chance. Full, luxurious hair? For moi? Yes please!

Shipping/Packaging:
Shipping time was fairly fast! It only took a few days to get my new friends. I opened the mailer to find a beautiful box that harnessed all of the extensions. Upon opening the box, I was greeted with their gorgeous logo and two pouches of hair. The smaller pouch had one weft in it so that you could open it up and match the color and length to your hair. Inside the larger pouch is the rest of the hair. I ordered the Royal Remy 20" 200gand it included: One 4 clip set with three layers, Two 3 clip sets, Five 2 clip sets and Two 1 clip sets for  total of ten pieces that you can mix and match. They come in a lot of very natural colors and you can even get 20% off with the code GET20OFF.

Color:
I was surprised by how spot on the color was! I ordered platinum blonde and was unsure if it would be too light, but it was actually a perfect match.

Length:
The length I ordered was 20" and I had wondered if it would be too short. I know that people mainly get extensions for length, but since my hair is already pretty long, I went for thickness. The length was just a little longer than my hair. I think any longer might have been too much for my short self.

Below are my before and after pics. (Don't mind my crazy bangs :-) )

The Results:

Wow! It's a lot of hair! I used 8 pieces total (left out two 2 clip sets). Even with one clip, I could tell a huge difference. I think they looked very natural and am very impressed with everything: shipping, packaging, the product! I will say that I personally wouldn't wear all of them at once on a daily basis, but a few at a time will make a huge difference! I wanted to see how they would hold up with heat tools, so I just curled the ends a bit (I only used the curling iron for about 5 seconds on each section) to see if they would hold it for such a small amount of time and they did! Mission accomplished! I was so inspired that I started experimenting with ponytails, braids, half up do's and buns with them in. This is amazing because I have not always had the greatest feelings toward my hair, so I wear it pretty much the same way everyday...down and either straight or curled. I feel like there are so many more possibilities with the extensions and I am excited to share them with you!
